WWE star suffers giant bump on her head before WrestleMania 42 match

Liv Morgan takes head bump in Raw clash before WrestleMania 42

Liv Morgan sustained a visible bump on her head during a backstage segment on Monday Night Raw when Women’s World Champion Stephanie Vaquer pushed her into stablemate Roxanne Perez. The collision caused Morgan and Perez to bump heads before Vaquer threw Morgan into a television. Morgan posted photos of the injury on X, captioning them, “You’re mine now b---h.”

The segment stemmed from Morgan thanking Perez backstage for aiding her against Vaquer the previous week. Vaquer interrupted for revenge ahead of their Women’s World Championship match at WrestleMania 42. Perez also shared photos of a bump on her forehead, which she iced.

Vaquer has held the title for nearly 200 days since winning the vacated championship at Wrestlepalooza in September and defeating Iyo Sky to begin her reign. Morgan previously carried the belt from May 2024 until losing it to Rhea Ripley on the Netflix premiere of Monday Night Raw in January 2025.

Wrestling Observer reported Tuesday that Morgan and Vaquer entered concussion protocols following the segment. Their WrestleMania 42 match remains scheduled.
